Chris Collins was a member of the Hines team that developed the JPMorgan Chase Building, a 31-story, Class A office building in San Francisco’s Transbay District. The 660,000-square-foot LEED Platinum building features two levels of underground parking and a large ground-level plaza. Designed by Cesar Pelli, the building was one of only three commercial buildings to make the 2008 list of the top 25 buildings chosen by the board of directors of the local AIA Chapter. 560 Mission also won the Office Building of the Year (TOBY) Earth Award for buildings larger than 600,000 sq. ft.
